Dental floss is an absolute basis!

Before we wash our teeth, it is crucial to use first dental floss. There is no better way of cleaning the interdental spaces.

The denstist notes that the dental floss is the only solution that effectively reaches the interdental spaces. Only after flossing you should brush your teeth. “Then the tooth paste is able to penetrate the cleansed surface. Otherwise you just polish the food residue.” – explains. What is interesting, dental floss should be used after every meal, not only when we feel something got inbetween our teeth. The point is that the food residue not remain there and decay. When there is food residue, the bacteria has something to feed off. It is the bacteria that gives the bad breath. That is why it is better to floss and rinse the oral cavity with water, than to polish the food residue on our teeth with a brush.
